彩涂板生产出来后,怎样储存、运输和装卸

彩涂板的储存、运输和装卸也属于彩涂板生产的一个工序，而且也是影响彩涂层质量的一个重要环节，过去有些企业由于没有重视储存、运输特别是装卸的工作，出现了压印、划伤、腐蚀等多种涂层缺陷，使整个彩涂板生产过程前功尽弃，还引起了退货、赔偿等不必要的商业纠纷。

　　要避免以上谈到的彩涂板缺陷，彩涂板下线后的储存场地必须是室内的，且要干燥通风，有防潮、防雨设施。地面平坦、无硬物并有足够的承重能力。彩涂卷排列不能太密集，储存仓应有足够的吊运空间和优良的装吊设备。板式包装和卷状立式包装的彩涂板应有木垫和木架托底。

　　产品出厂时，装卸吊具与产品间应加橡皮垫以防止发生碰伤，运输车辆车厢的车底板应打扫干净，并垫有橡皮垫，车厢四周也要有防护设施。立式包装的彩涂板的装卸和运输应保持立式，不能随便改变放置方式。
