伸缩缝的施工流程
1 施工准备
在施工前，熟悉相关施工图纸和伸缩缝安装操作规程，检查异型边梁的平整度、顺直度和缝体间隙；
根据工程的实际情况必须配备足够的机械设备、小型机具，而且跳板必须质量坚固以使过往的施工车辆能顺利通过，同时配齐配足防止污染路面的帆布、塑料布和养护用的
塑料薄膜、草苫子等，以保证施工顺利进行。
2 切缝
在施工前根据施工设计图纸放样，使用
切割机据缝，注意对据缝线以外路面的保护，防止污染，并保证切缝切口完好。
3 开槽
用
风镐开槽，应将槽内混凝土及杂物清除干净，尤其是梁端间隙内的杂物,并理顺、调直槽内预埋筋，如发现预埋筋数量不足，应打膨胀
螺栓，补足预埋
钢筋，并请业主代表、监理人员共同验收、确保伸缩缝的质量。
Construction process of bridge expansion joint
1. Construction preparation
Before the construction, be familiar with the relevant construction drawings and expansion joint installation procedures, and check the flatness, straightness and joint clearance of the special-shaped side beam;
According to the actual situation of the project, it must be equipped with sufficient mechanical equipment, small machines and tools, and the springboard must be of solid quality to enable the past construction vehicles to pass smoothly. At the same time, it must be equipped with enough canvas, plastic cloth and plastic film and straw mulch for maintenance to prevent road pollution, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the construction.
2 slit
Before construction, set out according to the construction design drawings, use the cutting machine according to the seam, pay attention to the protection of the road outside the seam line, prevent pollution, and ensure that the seam incision is intact.
3 slotting
When slotting with air pick, the concrete and sundries in the slot shall be removed, especially the sundries in the gap between the beam ends, and the embedded reinforcement in the slot shall be straightened. If the number of embedded reinforcement is insufficient, expansion bolts shall be used to supplement the embedded reinforcement, and the owners representative and the supervisor shall be invited to jointly check and accept to ensure the quality of the expansion joint.
4 安装

伸缩装置安装前，检查伸缩缝预埋筋的锚固宽度。一般按50cm设置为宜，桥台上易采用背墙的宽度为宜，这样即加强伸缩缝装置的稳定，又方便了桥面板的施工；
用
高压水枪清除伸缩缝槽内杂物，并检查其是否干净，对
型钢进行平整度检查，在安装过程中，检测伸缩缝型钢顺直度及平整度，平整度控制在2mm以内，顺直度控制在3Mm以内，顶面与路面高差控制在2mm以内。
2安装固定时，用
龙门吊架和10*10的
角钢作定位角钢，伸缩缝的中心线与梁端中心线相重合，伸缩缝顶面比沥青混凝土路面的标高要低（1~2mm）.在临时进行固定隔点焊之前，对标高与直线度调整到符合设计要求后方可进行，固定时按伸缩缝边梁的锚固装置与预留槽的预埋筋从桥宽一侧向另一侧依次每隔2-3锚固筋焊一个焊点，为保证伸缩缝不发生变位，从两侧对称施焊，严禁从一端平移施焊。
3固定后对伸缩缝的标高再复测一遍，确认没有出现变形、偏差后，把锚固钢筋与预埋钢筋在两侧同时焊牢，一次全部焊牢，如焊时不好施工时，可先一侧焊，再焊另一侧。
4 installation

Use a high-pressure water gun to remove the sundries in the expansion joint groove and check whether it is clean. Check the flatness of the section steel. During the installation process, check the straightness and flatness of the section steel of the expansion joint. The flatness shall be controlLED within 2mm, the straightness shall be controlLED within 3Mm, and the height difference between the top surface and the road surface shall be controlLED within 2mm.
2. During the installation and fixation, the gantry hanger and 10 * 10 angle steel are used as the positioning angle steel. The center line of the expansion joint coincides with the center line of the beam end, and the top surface of the expansion joint is lower than the elevation of the asphalt concrete pavement (1 ~ 2mm), When fixing, according to the anchorage device of the side beam of the expansion joint and the embedded reinforcement of the reserved groove, weld a welding spot every 2-3 anchorage reinforcement from one side of the bridge width to the other side in turn. In order to ensure that the expansion joint will not be displaced, the welding shall be carried out symmetrically from both sides, and it is strictly prohibited to move the welding from one end.
3. After fixing, the elevation of the expansion joint shall be measured again. After confirming that there is no deformation or deviation, the anchorage reinforcement and the embedded reinforcement shall be welded firmly on both sides at the same time, and all of them shall be welded firmly at one time. If the welding is not good, one side can be welded first, and then the other side can be welded.
当单侧焊工作量大时间长时，且温差变化影响大，可在单侧焊好后，再焊接另一侧左、中、右部位进行锚固，同时对另侧其他各锚杆加以焊接，注意焊点与型钢的距离，确保型钢不变形。
为了防止出现跳车现象，根据规范要求型钢平整度要控制在0-2mm范围内，伸缩缝焊接牢固后，要去掉临时固定卡具、定位角钢等，使其自由伸缩。
4模板安装，模板一般采用
泡沫板，
纤维板、薄铁皮等，且安装必须牢固严密，确保在混凝土振捣时不出现移动，防止
砂浆流入缝内，影响伸缩缝的使用。在两测低于路面标高3Mm
钢筋网。
5 浇筑混凝土
浇筑前，应将缝两测铺上塑料布，以避免混凝土污染路面。混凝土的坍落度应﹤2cm，为减小水灰比，提高早期强度，可掺入外加剂，减少混凝土表面收缩，混凝土振捣密实后，用抹板搓出水泥浆，分4至5次抹压平整为止。
严格控制混凝土表面平整度，使其与伸缩缝装置的顶面平齐。
6 养生
在水泥混凝土初凝前，用
毛刷拉毛，覆盖塑料布、麻袋等，洒水养生，要经常保持混凝土表面湿润，养生期不少于7天，间期严禁车辆通行，强度达到设计强度50％以上后方可安装橡胶
密封条。
