Z型伸缩缝由一条整长的橡胶
密封条,一组钢质边梁及
锚固件组成。钢质边梁外侧的锚固件,与梁端预埋
钢筋相焊接,浇筑高强度混凝土过渡段后,同梁体连结。Z型伸缩缝具有连结可靠,与桥面接合平顺,密封止水、伸缩灵活,行车平稳,使用寿命长的特点。适用于伸缩量为40mm,60mm和80mm的桥梁。
The Z-type expansion joint consists of a whole rubber sealing strip, a group of steel side beams and anchors. The anchors on the outer side of the steel side beam are welded with the embedded steel bars at the end of the beam, and then connected with the beam body after pouring the transition section of high strength concrete. 1、当工程施工单位在安装桥梁伸缩缝时,一旦发生碰撞变形,很难修复为合格产品,所以在安装的全过程中,一定要采取措施保护,严禁任何车辆通过。

2、一定要精心操作。如果出现现场不易调整,所以对伸缩缝的成品检查一定要认真、仔细。不合格不可运至现场。

3、在桥梁伸缩缝在安装前,要与设计图和现场核对位置、尺寸无误后,再稳放入预留槽。要将桥上各接缝处缝隙一定要用聚苯乙烯
泡沫板塞严,防止浇注保护带混凝土时灌入,使缝失效。同时,也不可将装置内灌进混凝土,以免更换V形象
胶带时受阻。
