    大位移模数式伸缩装置是我国90年代推向市场的升级换代产品,以国产热轧异型钢材和密封橡胶带为主要材料装配而成。其结构合理使用寿命长,安装养护方便,优于板式橡胶缝。大位移模数式伸缩装置分为两种型式:单组式伸缩缝与多组式伸缩缝。
    多组式伸缩缝
       多组缝由边梁、中梁、支承横梁、位移控制箱、承压支座、压紧支座、锚固构件和密封橡胶带组成,每组位移均为0-80mm,根据桥梁实际位移量要求确定组数,目前*大位移量可达1200mm。主要形式有:XF型斜向支承式伸缩装置。SSFB型直向支承式伸缩装置。
    产品特点:
    1.坚固可靠
      本伸缩装置的边梁及中梁采用16Mn钢轧制而成,能承受大流量、大吨位车辆的垂直荷载与水平冲击。其锚固构件同梁体、桥台的预埋钢筋焊接牢固,能将车辆荷载可靠地传递至墩台,结构合理、坚固耐用,适用于设计荷载汽—超20,挂—120之桥梁。
    2.伸缩灵敏
      本装置多组缝的位移控制系统由橡胶弹簧、四氟承压支座等弹性元件或斜向支承构件组成,各组位移均匀,伸缩摩阻力小。
    3.桥面平顺、行车舒适
      本装置既能保证梁体的自由伸缩位移,又能使桥面接缝形成一个平顺整体,行车平稳舒适。
    4.止水防蚀
      嵌装于每组钢梁沟槽内的氯丁橡胶密封条。按桥宽整条加工,具良好的弹性变形与防水防尘功能;能有效保护伸缩装置内部构件及梁底支座免受浸蚀。
    5.移位量大,选择便利
      本装置位移量按模数设计制造,由80至1200mm。桥梁设计建设部门可根据桥梁上部构造实际伸缩量自由选定。
