Description
AR-1 EP is a long stream, ductile high performance grease complex for the lubrication of heavily
loaded friction bearings, ball and roller bearings, spur gears and worm gears, open transmissions
even under high temperature conditions.
It is formulated using our synthetic base oil and additive technology and an special inorganic
thickener.
The AR-1 lubrication film minimizes the additional stress caused by friction forces on
the surfaces and primarily, surface faults even in the application areas of roller bearings lubrication
and consequently results in increased service life of machinery components.
Special EP effective ingredients, which do not tend to corrode chemically, and the structure of the par-
tially synthetic base oil produce a uniform carrier conception and thus lead to an even higher load limit.
This grease was developed in order to master, without wear, the maximum contact pressure in the
materials joining of steel/bronze, steel/steel even under conditions of extreme temperature stress on
presses, spindles/spindle nuts guides, engine and motor roller bearings, open toothed drives.
