是一种聚合物改性的水泥基
瓷砖胶粘剂，其施工操作性能、粘结性能等较之传统的水泥
砂浆大幅改善。
适用范围
1.可用于混凝土、抹灰、砖墙面上粘贴吸水率大于6％的普通瓷砖、陶瓷
马赛克和小型
天然石材；
2.与德高
巴斯夫瓷砖胶伴侣（DL）调加剂配合使用，可在有轻微震动的基面上铺贴瓷砖。
表面处理
1所有表面应坚实、干燥、清洁、不晃动、无油污、蜡渍、
混凝土养护剂和其它松散物；
2有
油漆的表面应作粗琢，至少暴露80％的原表面；
3新混凝土面完成后，应至少养护28天方可铺砖，新抹灰的表面应至少养护7天方可铺砖；
4旧混凝土或抹灰表面可使用工业洗涤剂或去油污剂清洁，然后用高压
水龙头冲洗干净。其表面经晾干24小时后方可铺砖；
5如果底材疏松且吸水性强或表面浮尘脏物难彻底清理时，可先涂上德高巴斯夫L-BOND
界面处理剂；
6在吸水率大的底材或在高温、干燥的环境下，施工前须先润湿基面至外干内湿状态。
施工工艺
1 将粉料倒入清水中搅拌成膏状，注意要先加水再倒入粉料，搅拌时使用电动
搅拌机；
2 混合比例为粉料20公斤：水4.4-4.8升；必要时可使用德高巴斯夫瓷砖胶伴侣(DL)代替清水，将DL用清水1：1稀释后，再按20kg粉料:5.6L添加剂比例使用；
3 水粉充分拌合，完全无生粉团为准，搅拌完毕后需静止放置约十分钟后略为搅拌一下才可使用，有助于可增加粘结力；
*使用刮板法，具体方法如下:
1 用齿型刮板将胶浆涂抹于工作面之上，使之均匀分布，并成一条条齿状。每次涂布约1平方米左右（视天气温度而定），然后在晾置时间内将瓷砖揉压于上即可；
2 选择齿型刮板大小应考虑工作面的平整度和瓷砖背面的凹凸程度；
3 如瓷砖背面的沟隙较深或石材、瓷砖较大较重，则应该进行双面涂胶，即在工作面和瓷砖背面同时涂上胶浆；
注意事项
1 施工温度为5-35℃；
2 水粉比例可因底材、天气、施工条件等不同而做出适当调整，禁止掺加其他材料改变胶粘粉配比和性能；
3 在雨天施工时，一定要做好遮蔽防护措施，并且要确保在贴砖后的24小时内，施工区域不被雨水淋湿；
4 胶浆应根据天气条件控制在2-3小时内使用完毕；
5 切忌将已干结的胶浆拌水后再用；
6 铺砖完成后，须待胶浆完全干固后（约24小时）才可以进行下一步的填缝工序；
7 瓷砖胶粘剂的刮涂应均匀且满贴，粘结层的厚度应约为所用齿型刮板齿距的一半高。
参考用量
1 德高巴斯夫瓷砖胶TTB I型的理论用量约为3.5-7.0kg/㎡。具体用量视基面和瓷砖而定。
保质期
未开封产品在干燥、阴凉、通风处存放。在正常贮存和运输条件下，产品的保质期为一年。

DESCRIPTION
An economic thick and thin bed cement based adhesive, ideal for fixing ceramic, quarry and most monocotturra tiles, slate, marble and natural stone to interior and exterior walls and floors.
USES
TTB can be used to lay tiles onto the concrete, cement render, blockwork and rendered brickwork surfaces.
TTB can be used on walls and floors in both interior and exterior application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and other loose contaminating materials. Painted surfaces must be scabbLED to expose at least 80％ of the original substrate.
Very porous surfaces should be primed with Degobasf 4 in 1 Primerflex/Additive.
New concrete must be allowed to cure for 28 days. Newly rendered surfaces must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days.
Steel trowel finished surfaces must be acid etched or wire brushed prior to tilling. For old concrete and rendered surfaces, a strong commercial grade detergent or degreaser must be used to clean.
Then thoroughly remove detergent/degreaser with fresh water using a high pressure hose.
All surface to be dry for at least 24 hours prior to tilling.
Ensure all release agents are removed from concrete surfaces, especially tilt-up slabs.
PPLICATION
Always add TTB powder to liquid component, mixing continuously until a thick creamy consistency is achieved.The mixing ratio is 20kg of TTB powder to approximately 4-4.8 litres of liquid.
Allow the mix to stand for 10 minutes. Remix then use the adhesive.
Spread the adhesive onto the substrate using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel for walls, a 10mm x 10mm-12mm x 12mm notched trowel for floor tiles.
