水泥基渗透结晶型
防水材料是以普通硅酸盐水水泥为基料掺入活性化学成分配制而成的灰色粉状材料。水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,它的防水机理主要是采用多孔性,在水的作用下,防水材料中含有活性化学物质,以水为载体,随着水对结构毛孔的渗透,活性化学物质随着水渗透到内部,并反应生成钙矾石等不溶性晶体,其活性化学物质与未水化的水泥颗粒发生水化反应,并促进水泥水化,形成水泥水化晶体,生成大量晶体填充,封堵孔隙,使水无法进入混凝土,从而达到防水目的。水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,由于粘结性好,无论是光基面和毛基面,干基面和湿基面,还是治水基面都不影响其施工效果。
CCCW is a gray powder material prepared by using of ordinary portland cement as a base material mixed with the active chemical components. The porous nature is mainly used as the mechanism for waterproofing - under the action of water; the active chemical substances contained in waterproof material penetrate to the concrete structure with water as the carrier, along with the water’s penetration into the structures pore; then the active chemical substances react to form insoluble crystals such as ettringite. The active chemical substances react with the unhydrated cement particles, facilitating cement hydration, forming cement hydra crystals, and generating a large amount of crystal filling to block off the hole which prevents the water from penetrating into concrete, so as to achieve the purpose of waterproofing. CCCW, as its offers excellent cohesiveness, neither smooth nor rough base surface nor dry or wet base surface nor water control base will have an impact on construction.

广泛应用于隧道、大坝、水库、发电站、核电站、
冷却塔、地下隧道、立交桥、桥梁、地下连续墙、机场跑道、桩头桩基废水处理池、蓄水池、工业与民用建筑地下室、屋面、厕浴间的防水施工,以及混凝土建筑设施等所有砼结构弊病的维修堵漏。

四、施工方法 Construction Method
1.清理防水层基面上的杂物和浮泥
砂浆,对严重凸凹不平的
混泥土基面进行修补。
2.对水泥基砼结构防水面上的油污、杂物铲除清理,然后用清水冲刷,在湿基层面上进行施工涂刷防水材料。
3.如果发现基面有严重渗漏处,应先采用
堵漏材料施工。
4.水灰比为0.3—0.4:1,用量在1.4—1.7kg/㎡,厚度为1.0mm(+0.05mm)为标准。
1.Clean up the area and add fluid mud mortar on the base of the waterproof layer; mend the jagged concrete base surface.
2.Wipe off any oil stains and dust on the waterproof surface of cement-based concrete structure, then flush with water. Paint the waterproof material on the wet base.
3.The plugging material is used on leaks if found on the surface of the base.
4.water to cement ratio: 0.3—0.4:1, dosage: 1.4—1.7kg/㎡, thickness: 1.0mm(+0.05mm).
五、注意事项 Notices
1.常温施工,不易在摄氏零度以下及雨、雾、风沙等恶劣条件下施工。
2.拌料水、养护水以饮用水为佳,不宜采用不清洁的污染水。
3.施工必须在混凝土结构或牢固的
水泥砂浆基面上进行,不要直接用于粉灰层表面,基面应干净无浮尘、旧涂膜、尘土污垢及其他杂物,以提供充分开放的毛细管系统,有利于本产品的渗透和结晶体的形成。
4.对所有要涂刷本产品的混凝土,需仔细检查是否有结构上的缺陷,如模板拉杆孔洞、裂缝、蜂窝麻面状的劣质表面、坑洞、施工缝接口处的凹凸不平等,均应修凿、清理、进行堵缝、补强、找平处理,再进行大面积防水施工。
5.卫浴施工对
管道接缝处须进行特别处理,可沿管壁与基面交接处,凿10㎜深的V型槽进行封堵后,再做基面防水涂层。
6.要确保涂层厚度与施工*用量。采用涂刷方法施工时,若浆料太稀、搅拌不匀、二次加水等,均容易引起基面起粉或起壳现象。
7.如混凝土构件需要回填土时,施工36小时后方可填湿土,但7天内不可回填干土,防止其向防水涂层吸水。
1.The construction is conducted under normal temperature. Ill conditions such as low temps below zero degrees Celsius and rain, fog or sandstorms, are not a suitable environment for construction.
2.It is better to use potable water for mixing and maintaining instead of polluted water.
3.The construction must be conducted at the concrete structure or on a firm base of cement mortar, instead of the surface of the gray powder coating.
4.If any concrete should require painting with our product, it should first be checked if there are any structural defects such as form tie holes, cracks, inferior surface quality with honeycombs and pitting, pot holes, or lumpy construction joints. If so, they should be which should be excavated, cleaned, caulked, reinforced and leveLED before the waterproofing construction.
5.Some special treatments should be conducted at the tube joints during the construction of bathrooms. The waterproof coating of base surfaces can be conducted after being blocked off by cutting a v-slot (10mm deep) along with the junction between the tube wall and base.
6.Ensure the thickness when coating and the proposed dosage. When the painting application is used for construction, if the slurry is too thin, incompletely mixed, or mixed with secondary water, the base surface is easy to produce a layer of dust or crust.
7.If the concrete member needs backfilling, wet soil can be used for backfilling 36 hours after construction, but dry soil cannot be used for backfilling within 7 days after construction, on account that it will absorb the water from the waterproof coating.
